FY2019 SBR Strategic Plan Instructions 

The FY2019 Strategic Plan is due Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Please use the link below to answer questions to form your narrative response. The focus and objective of the SBR Program is to have units provide the largest number of SBR prime contracting opportunities.
 
 
Forward your submission to the Compliance Mailbox at compliance.goma@maryland.gov and label it "FY2019 Strategic Plan."

FY2019 SBR Quarterly Report Template and Instructions

NOTE: There is no FY2018 4th Quarter Repor due. Submit the FY2018 Annual Report instead on or
before October 1, 2018. Updated instructions and template are coming.  
  • 1Q - October 31, 2018
  • 2Q - January 31, 2019
  • 3Q - April 30, 2019
  • 4Q - No 4Q report is due - Submit Annual Report instead on September 30, 2019.

FY2018 SBR Annual Report

FY2018 Small Business Reserve (SBR) Annual Reports are due to Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) by Monday, October 1, 2018.
 
Original SBR Agencies:
  • Cumulative data July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018
 
New SBR Agencies (2017-SB309/HB0433):
  • Cumulative data October 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018.

 

There are changes to the template since last year.

Updated instructions and template are coming.

 

REMINDERS: 

  1. Your report must be signed by the unit head and the chief financial officer and forwarded to the GOSBA no later than Monday, October 1, 2018 COB.
  2. You must submit your report and supporting documentation to GOSBA via electronic transmission to reports.goma@maryland.gov.
  3. In order to comply with COMAR 21.13.01.03B and BPW Advisory 2005-1, you must submit a copy of your SBR annual report to the Board of Public Works. Please send an electronic copy (preferred but not required) to BPW c/o:
