About GOMA - Outreach

Outreach

The Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs is committed to promoting the benefits of the State’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Reserve (SBR) programs to small, minority- and women-owned businesses throughout the State. Our staff members regularly participate as keynote speakers and exhibitors at conferences, workshops, seminars, resource fairs and trade shows. From the western mountains to the eastern shore and everywhere in between, our team members are here to help.

We are subject-matter experts in a variety of areas such as the SBR Program, the MBE Program, MBE rights and responsibilities, doing business with the State of Maryland, marketing & business development strategies within the state's procurement marketplace as well as the policy and legislation impacting the SBR and MBE  programs.

If you are interested in having a member of our team participate in your business-focused event, call
410-697-9606  and speak with our Small Business Outreach Manager today.

We also provide information and resource referrals to minority businesses by phone, walk-ins and the Internet. This website contains some very valuable resources, so be sure to visit our Calendar of Events and Resources sections often.
